PBBC delighted to attend the Commonwealth Trade and Investment Summit 2023, London. Attendees were: senior Commonwealth diplomats, Ministers including Lord Marland, Chairman, Commonwealth Enterprise Investment Council who welcomed the guests and opened the ceremony, followed by the address of Fiamē Naomi Mataʻafa the Honorable Prime Minister of the government of Samoa which was very enlightening.
